Orders & Fulfillment: - Orders may be confirmed via WhatsApp, SMS, or phone call to verify address details and sizing. - Deliveries are handled by trusted domestic couriers across Egypt within 1-4 business days. - We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) with full inspection before payment upon courier arrival. 3. Exchanges & Returns: - Customers are entitled to request an exchange within 14 days of receiving their items, provided items are unworn with original tags attached. - In case of manufacturing defects or errors, RACCOON covers all return shipping costs 100%. 4.
